Police seized 1,512 kilos of hashish and arrested four Moroccan nationals at El Morche beach in Torrox on Sunday night.
After spotting an unlit boat approaching the coast, police began surveillance of the area. The boat came ashore at El Morche beach and it was found to contain 55 bales of hashish weighing a total of 1,512 kilos.
The four occupants of the six metre long boat were arrested and charged with crimes against the public health.
