Despite the cuts, austerity measures and continuing financial crisis, school text books in Andalucia will continue to be free for primary and secondary school pupils up to the age of 16 years.
The Junta de Andalucia has set aside €85 million for the next academic year for text books for pupils enrolled in public schools.
The next academic year will see the test books renewed for Primary 1,2,3 and 4 and ESO 2.
