A team from the Canal Sur TV programme Destino Andalucia – Destination Andalucia – is in town to record an episode relating to the charm of the beaches of Nerja as well as highlighting tourist attractions and conducting interviews.
The programme, headed by journalist Ione Albizu, serves as a guide to the attractions of Andalucia and features the favourite locations of the famous, specific details of attractions and interviews with foreign residents about why they were attracted to the region.
One of those interviewed is local British resident and Cudeca worker Melanie Saktreger. The programme is broadcast on Saturdays at 14:00 and this particular episode will be aired in July.
Next week, another Canal Sur team will be in Nerja for a new programme revolving around tourism and gastronomy.
