The Council has approved the conditions relating to the tender process for the proposed underground parking facility for Burriana beach and these will now be on public display to be used by prospective bidders.
The car park will have three floors and spaces for 180 vehicles. The investment required is €2.7 million to be financed through FOMIT, the Fund for the Modernisation of Tourist Infrastructure.
