At around 08:30 on Saturday, 32 year old Cintia gave birth to a baby girl, Angela, in the doorway of her home in avenida de las Postas, Málaga.
The birth was attended by the husband and a friend of the mother. When the health authorities arrived on the scene they contributed by cutting the umbilical cord. The Local Police also ended up on the scene.
The mother and daughter were then transferred to hospital and are in perfect health.
Was it a very fast birth or a very slow response by the Emergency Services?
