National Police officers have arrested two hackers, members of the international group LatinHackTeam, in Madrid and Jaén.
The hackers always used the same method, namely the defacing of a website plus leaving a message, and their victims included NASA, the defence ministries of Britain and France, the Spanish Nuclear Safety Council, Telefónica, Telecinco and the University of Berkeley. In their messages they made fun of the website security measures or listed complaints.
One of the hackers, a 23 year old from Jaén, would publish details of the attacks via Twitter.
