Nerja Council will approve a motion on Friday expressing ‘unconditional support’ for Málaga CF, rejecting as ‘unfair and unconscionable’ the sanctions imposed on the club by UEFA.
The motion calls for UEFA to reconsider its decision as it tarnishes the achievements of Málaga CF on the field of play and hurts the province of Málaga. Copies of the motion will be sent to Málaga CF, the Royal Spanish Football Federation and UEFA.
