A 19 year old youth died on Tuesday morning, apparently hit by a commuter train at the old Vallecas station in Madrid. The youth’s body was found by the tracks and the indications are that he was hit by a train as opposed to being run over.
The incident, under investigation by the police, is believed to have occurred between 08:30 and 09:00. The body was later spotted by the driver of a train passing in the opposite direction.
