Haven’t been to Torre de las Guardas in calle Chaparil for a while so that was lunchtime tapas sorted. The bar closed for a few weeks while the roadworks were in full swing in that sector but is now open as usual.
I chose a ‘stroganoff’ tapa and it was absolutely delightful. Tender meat and a sauce with a lovely bite to it which lingered for a long time after the dish was empty. Top rate. A beer and a tapa, €1.50.
