A 31 year old German woman, co-pilot of a Norwegian Air Shuttle flight from Aalborg in Denmark, died last weekend shortly after landing at Málaga airport.
Once the plane landed, the co-pilot began to feel unwell and after being treated by a mobile unit at the airport, she was taken to the Clínica Santa Elena in Torremolinos. Unfortunately the woman died a short while later. Initial indications suggest that the cause of death was a pulmonary embolism.
