The Councillor for Housing, Nieves Atencia, has announced that, after repeated requests, the Junta de Andalucia has reactivated the Housing Renovation Plan 2009.
The local residents who took advantage of the Housing Rehabilitation Plan 2008 and renovated their properties have still not yet been fully recompensed for their labours.
The Council is not proposing to solicit new applications for the 2009 Plan but will use the list compiled at the time, unless of course anyone drops out.
