A 16-year-old boy died on Friday evening after losing control of his bicycle and plunging down a ravine by the río Darro in Granada.
The youth was riding with a friend when the accident occurred. Medics, Guardia Civil, Civil Protection and the Fire Brigade arrived at the scene but were unable to do anything for the youth who had suffered head injuries.
