An 88-year-old woman died on Sunday afternoon while swimming in Puerto Banus, Málaga province.
Fellow swimmers noticed the woman and brought her out of the water and applied first aid until the Emergency Services arrived. Unfortunately they were unable to sabe her life.
An autopsy will be carried out to determine the exact cause of death.
