Police in Algeciras, Cádiz province, have detained a 15-year-old youth for allegedly forcing children to perform acts of a sexual nature so he could record them on his mobile phone for later broadcast. Police, however, believe that some of the intent of the detainee seems to have been playful and ‘for a laugh’ in that he expected friends to find the recordings amusing.
