Inflation in Andalucia fell by 0.7% in July when compared to the previous month, although it is up by 1.6% when compared to July 2012. The reduction was mainly due to the fall in prices of clothing, shoes, communications and medicines. However, the prices of alcohol and tobacco were up by 2%, transport, cultural and leisure activities up by 1.3%, food up by 0.9% and hotels, homes, bars and restaurants up by 4%.
