The Guardia Civil in Villajoyosa, Alicante, have arrested a man after he confessed to dismembering his girlfriend a few hours earlier.
The alleged killer, covered in blood, went to the hospital in the town where he informed medics that he had killed and cut up his girlfriend at his home in Torremanzas.
Police teams went to the man’s house where they found it partly burned but they were able to recover some of the body parts.
