Nerja Council has organised a number of events and activities to commemorate the International Day against Gender Violence.
One of the activities is the presentation of the ‘Space free from Gender Violence’, an initiative set up by the Málaga provincial Council with the goal of achieving the commitment of businesses, associations, clubs , foundations and non-profit entities to assist in the improvement to resources and the approach to gender violence in the Province.
The campaign will involve four commitments: to collaborate with the Provincial and Municipal Councils in the dissemination of the resources available to victims , visibly display materials such as stickers , brochures and posters, reporting incidents that may constitute a crime of gender violence and to participate in the opposition to gender violence.
