The large branch of Bancaja at the top edge of Plaza de la Ermita is no more, just an empty shell. But it’s not all bad news, there is a new chippy opening in calle El Barrio, a tea and sandwich shop at the very top of avenida Castilla Perez, at the junction with calle San Miguel, and Zigamar’s is set to reopen as Buskers.
The old Zigamar’s in calle Antonio Millón, closed for many a year, is apparently due to open at some time before Christmas. Doesn’t look like anything has started inside the premises yet, but maybe they have Speedy Gonzalez on the job.
It will be a music and sports bar with a large terrace and will also cater for weddings, parties and other events.
