Puleva has announced its intention to close its facility in Alcalá de Guadaíra, Sevilla, a move which will affect around 70 direct jobs in the town.
In 2010 Ebro Puleva sold its dairy business Puleva Food to the French company Lactalis for 630 million euros and in 2011 made plans to sell one of its two facilities in Sevilla.
