Nothing much has really changed in La Taberna, calle Cristo, Nerja, except for being larger after taking over the old Sardina Alegre and prices going up slightly. Same friendly service and delicious tapas.
For a first tapa I tried their chili and it was great. As a second tapa I went for the bacalao (cod) with tomato and pepper. Well, the chili was great but the bacalao was absolutely divine. Large portions, too.
The terrace was packed with diners, which must say something.
The price has gone up slightly and it now costs €1.95 for a beer and a (large) tapa.
