Following the judgement of the Constitutional Court that it is incompatible to be both a Mayor and an MP in Andalucia, five PP Mayors have already made their decisions.
The five Mayors: Juan Ignacio Zoido (Sevilla), Dolores López (Valverde del Camino), José Antonio Nieto (Córdoba), Pedro Rodríguez (Huelva) and José Cara (La Mojonera), have all decided to renounce their positions as MPs.
The rest have twenty-eight days to make their choice following the publication of the ruling in the BOJA.
