A woman and her two-year-old twins, a boy and a girl, died on Thursday following a fire at their home in Lora del Rio, Sevilla.
The fire occurred in the third floor apartment in calle Matallana and did not affect any other dwellings. The blaze, the causes of which are currently unknown, began just before three in the afternoon.
Firefighters found two of the bodies, the mother and one child, in the bathroom where it is thought they had taken refuge from the flames.
