The regular plenary session of the Nerja Council for the month of July, held on August 14th, saw the approval of all presented motions.
These were:
- Approval of the resignation of Ciudadanos Councillor José Mariano Centeno López
- Approval of a motion to adhere to the Partnership Framework Agreement in order to facilitate the development of the law on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance within Local Authorities
- Approval of a request for the approval of a protocol in relation to evictions from primary residences or the habitual residences of family units
- Approval of a motion to improve the financing of tourist municipalities
