This year’s Nerja Feria will have a ‘Caseta Infantil’ with activities aimed at the younger members of the community, these taking place on the 10th, 11th and 12th of October.
On October 9th, there will also be a Grand Fiesta ‘El mini musical’ taking place on the Balcón de Europa from 16:00. This will also be the time for choosing the junior Feria Queen and Knight, this being done by drawing lots.
Anyone aged between 5 and 10 years wishing to enter (you need to be a resident) can put their names into the urn between 16:00 and 17:45. Costume is ‘flamenco’ for all. The draw will be made at 18:00.
Entertainment will be provided by La Carpa and the Dance Academy Elena.
October 10th: Parade through the streets starting at 17:00 and in the Caseta Infantil, a musical show ‘Tachenko y el turista flamenco’ and a performance by the Dance Academy Dani Romero.
October 11th: At 12:00 in the Caseta Infantil there is a show entitled ‘Costillita y Amapola’ and performances by the Dance Academy Ángela Muñoz.
At 17:00 there is a musical show ‘Un viaje de fábula’ by the Acuario Theatre Group and a performance by the young members of the Peña Flamenca ‘Alboreá.
October 12th: There is musical show ‘Caperucita Rockja’ and performances by Zumba Kid and the Dance Academy Christian David Callejón.
At 17:00 it is time for a bit of magic with ‘Dos hombres y punto’ and a performance by the Dance Academy Maria Elvira.
Throughout the feria, kids can have their photos taken with their favourite personalities.
