Last Sunday, May 24th, Burriana beach was the scene of the provincial women’s beach volleyball championships 2008/2009.
Nine pairs competed in the cadet section and 6 pairs in the juvenil section and the winners were:
Cadet: Oliveti and De la Cruz. (Club San Devil, San Pedro de Alcántara)
Juvenil: Lobato and Muñoz. (Escuela Municipal de Deportes de Nerja)
The trophies were presented by the Councilor for Sports, Andrés Márquez Castro.
