Well, well, well. The new El Chucho beach promenade looks……about the same as it did a week or two ago. I think the promised ‘before the summer’ completion is pretty much out of the question. Shame.
There have, of course, been denuncias flying around concerning the legality of Hotel Perla Marina buildings next to the shore and that, as a result, the promenade is being built in the wrong place.
You’d think, for once, they would get the paperwork sorted out before beginning a project, but oh no, start building and then find it is illegal/being built on rural land/contravenes the POTA, PGOU or some other regulation.
