Sixteen companies have submitted bids to construct a seven-a-side football pitch in the Verano Azul park.
The project, which includes the laying of artificial grass, is budgeted at €250,000 and is being financed under the State Fund for Employment and Local Sustainability – the Second Plan Zapatero as it is more commonly known.
The awarding of the contract is expected to happen in the next few days.
