The first carriage driving competition to be held in Nerja, the Concurso Maratón-Indoor Ciudad de Nerja, will be held on Saturday from 11:30 at Cerro de Alamitos on the Castillo Alto industrial estate.
The competition is being organised by the Club Equitación y Enganche San Isidro de Nerja and Nerja Council and there will be three categories:
- Limonera – 1 horse, 1 driver, 1 footman
- Tronco – 2 horses, 1 driver, 1 footman
- En Cuarta – 4 horses, 1 driver, 2 footmen
The carriages will have to negotiate a number of obstacles.
