The village of Maro will be the subject of the Canal Sur TV programme ‘Cómetelo’ on Thursday evening at 20:30.
Camera crews visited the area in and around Maro, filmed the sweet potato harvest and spoke to local residents.
In the program, chef Enrique Sánchez prepares a gourmet dish of fillet stuffed with Maro sweet potato.
