Marine Rescue has intercepted a small boat carrying 23 illegal immigrants off the coast of Almeria.
The boat was located and intercepted about 46 miles southeast of Cabo de Gata by the Marine Rescue vessel ‘Salvamar Denévola’,
The immigrants were then taken to Almeria port for further processing. The passengers, 22 women and one man, were apparently all in good health.
