If these bins were emptied last night or early this morning then an awful lot of people are putting rubbish out at the wrong time.
Meanwhile, down on Torrecilla beach – which was packed -the sea was crystal clear. Well, close to shore anyway.
There were two cleaning boats milling around, mainly in circles, for a long time, so presumably all was not so well about sixty or so metres out.
At one point though, one of the boats came very close to shore to do a few circles. This was at the watchtower (ruins) end where there is usually a bit of a niff in the air even on a good day.
Didn’t seem to bother anyone.
From the viewpoint at the bottom of Plaza Fabrica de los Cangrejos you could actually clearly see the patches of brown ‘whatever’ about 50 or 60 metres out. Could have been algae, driftwood or anything…
