The recently reopened Meson Cache on calle Málaga is attracting a good lunchtime crowd, offering some nice tapas and a menu del dia.
Yesterday there was a waiting list, so to speak, for the terrace. Tamara, taking the orders, and dad, behind the bar, were kept fairly busy. I assume it was mum in the kitchen.
A beer and a tapa will set you back €1.50. I sampled the tortilla, an easy dish to make but not so easy to make well, and it was very tasty.
A very nice little watering hole, friendly with good service and well worth a visit. Not a vast amount of tapas on offer but sufficient and good quality.
