The Nerja Asociación de Videocreadores Cortos de Vista (short videos/films) are organising a screenplay contest, appropriately entitled ‘Cortos de Vista’, to celebrate their tenth anniversary.
Anyone over the age of 18 years and living in Nerja can enter. The requirements are that the script be original (no reworks, adapted screenplays, copyrighted material etc), set in Nerja and not having been entered in any other contest.
A jury will assess the feasibility of all entries and the winner will receive €250 and see their work transformed into a short film by the Association and be screened during their next edition of Cortos de Vista. The rights to the screenplay will remain with the Asociación de Videocreadores Cortos de Vista.
Scripts, along with name address, telephone and email, can be submitted by email to [email protected] or delivered on CD or paper to Libreria Europa in Plaza Cavana.
The screenplay must be a maximum of 12 pages (literary script). The deadline for entries is June 30th and the winner will be announced on July 21st. Information can also be found at www.cortosdevista.es/.
