The search began yesterday for a 63 year old British man, Gordon S, who set out on Saturday for a walk along the rio Chillar in Nerja and never returned.
The Civil Protection from Nerja and Frigiliana, Guardia Civil and members of the Málaga Fire Brigade are all involved in the search, around fifty people in total.
A year ago, a Dutch tourist went missing in the same area and was not found for 18 days.
