Popped in for an ‘on the way home from shopping’ tapa at La Tahona in Plaza Garcia Caparros, Nerja. Any excuse, really. It was very relaxing sitting outside at one of the high tables in the square.
Good, friendly service. I went for a simple Russian salad tapa for a change, good portion and very tasty. A beer and a tapa was €1.60, par for the course.
The bar did change hands a while back and doesn’t seem to get as busy as it used to – it used to get packed to overflowing – but that is often the case when change occurs. No reason not to give it a try, though.
