House sales for June, both new and used, were 25,405 units, a decline of 11.4% on the same month last year and the sixteenth consecutive month in decline.
Sales of new homes were 12.109 units and used homes were 13.296 units. The highest number of sales were in Andalucia, 5115, followed by Valencia, 3,879, Cataluña with 3,386 and Madrid with 3,356 units.
