A 64 year old man admiitted to the ICU of the Carlos Haya Hospital in Málaga on Saturday following a fire in a bar in Torremolinos has died from his injuries.
The fire occurred at around 03:00 and could have been caused by an gas explosion after a cigarette was lit next to a gas cylinder.
The injured man suffered third degree burns over most of his body and was on a ventilator in the ICU at the Carlos Haya Hospital. He failed to recover from his injuries and died on Sunday.
