December 15th is the deadline for anyone wishing to apply to occupy public roads for terraces for the whole of 2013. Those wishing to apply for certain periods, such as only for the summer season, have until February 28th 2013.
Applications need to be accompanied by a copy of the municipal licence, proof that there are no outstanding debts with the Council and a sketch showing the placement of terraces. The form can be downloaded from the municipal website www.nerja.es.
