Fuengirola Council has signed an agreement to procure 19 ice cream kiosks which will be made available to those with fewer resources, the Welfare Department being responsible for assessing applications.
The kiosks will be located along the promenade from Carvajal to Parque Fluvial during the period March 22nd to September 30th 2013.
The costs will be borne by the suppliers of the ice cream fridges and Frigo will have 7 kiosks, Nestlé 8 and Kalise Menorquina 4 kiosks. In addition, the companies will provide uniforms for those awarded the concessions.
This initiative means very low costs for the municipal coffers.
