Fewer cases of domestic violence in Nerja so far this year

In 2011, there were 69 official complaints made in Nerja relating to domestic violence. During 2012, this figure fell to a total of 55, a step in the right direction. In 2013 so far, there have been 16 complaints, including two from minors, although in 9 cases the complaints were withdrawn.

    I love receiving my daily doses of news from Nerja and Maro but please use correct English. It should say ‘Fewer cases …..’ NOT ‘Less cases …..’
