Employees of the cleaning service LIMASA in Málaga are proposing strike action from December 20th if no suitable agreement is reached on temporary lay-offs (ERTE) during the winter period.
The joint venture company LIMASA is looking to save €7 million during the next year and is proposing temporary reductions in staff (ERTE). Employees would be unemployed for periods of between four and eight months on a rotation basis. The summer period would be excluded as this is a busy period.
The employees have set a deadline of December 15th to reach an agreement.
