There will be a new cafe/bar in Nerja shortly, Cafe Paris. It is located almost at the top of calle Chaparil.
Italica closed for holidays
For those who grab their morning coffee in Plaza Cavana, Cafe Italica is closed for holidays until February 3rd.
Round Bar closed for holidays
The Round Bar in calle Gloria, Nerja, is now closed for holidays until February 28th.
The Good Stuff
Time to try out The Good Stuff, a new cafe on the corner of avenida Castilla Perez and calle San Miguel, Nerja.
El Colono closed for holidays
El Colono in calle Granada, Nerja, is closed for its annual holidays, so no more flamenco shows for the time being. Usually opens again round about Valentine’s Day.
Budha Bar gutted
This is the current state of the old Budha Bar in calle Gloria, Nerja.
Scrum closed?
Scrum Snack Bar in Plaza Tutti Frutti, Nerja, only began about a month ago but it already looks like it is going, or has gone. It hasn’t been open for a few days and there is a ‘for rent’ sign in the window.
Closed for holidays
The Coach and Horses in calle Cristo is closed until March 1st. Pepe Rico and Scarletta’s, both also in calle Cristo, are closed for holidays at the moment. The new Japanese restaurant is coming along nicely – well, the sign is up.
The Good Stuff is now open
The Good Stuff cafe on the corner of avenida Castilla Perez and calle San Miguel is now open for business and was quite full this afternoon.
