New book about the Nerja Caves

The Nerja Caves Foundation has produced a new book entitled ‘La Cueva para todos’ (The Caves for all), a forty-eight page edition in two languages, English and Spanish, and featuring illustrations by Luis Santiago.

Unusual History of Nerja

On Friday December 21st at 19:30 in the Nerja Museum is the presentation of a new book by Pablo Rojo Platero entitled ‘Historia Insólita de Nerja’ – ‘Unusual History of Nerja’, with stories of kidnapping, bandits, unsolved crimes, shipwrecks and other tales from the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.

Barely a month after its release, Pippa Middleton’s critically slated book ‘Celebrate’ is already available at less than half-price (£12) on Amazon, although from the reviews one would imagine that is still a tad over-priced….by about twelve quid. She did get an advance of £400,000 for the book and it has spawned a spoof Twitter account, Pippatips, so all is not lost.
