The terms of reference relating to the renovation of Plaza Cavana and the UE-47 of the PGOU have now been published in the provincial Gazette and bids are now being accepted for these projects.
The renovation of Plaza Cavana has been budgeted at €346,251.25 with an implementation time of six months. Bids will be accepted within a period of 26 days after publication in the Gazette, which was July 9th.
The development of the UE-47 has been budgeted at €743,227.32 with an implementation time of ten months.
