On January 27th 2011, the laying of the paving stones at the end of calle Carabeo had reached number 74, just past the steps down to Carabeo beach. Now, they are all the way up to number 78, so not too long before the whole thing is finally finished.

Thanks for keeping us updated. Can’t wait till April to see it. Mind you, it should be good since it is almost two years late in completion. I still have a copy of the press release from Councillor Alberto Tome, dated Septmber 2007, promising completion by Holy Week 2009. On the other hand, they did have some tremendous problems with the terrain and the bad weather a year ago.
